You are referred directly to some law firm and they try to sell you a consultation with costs without even saying a word about an initial assessment!
When it was pointed out that you would like to receive an initial assessment of your problem, you were brazenly interrupted several times and in the end I was told that I didn't want an initial assessment because I wasn't prepared to pay €100 directly for a consultation.
Absolutely not recommendable, there are other providers who actually give an initial assessment free of charge and are willing to help formally ;)

Telephone appointment was not kept, no response to written request. Then requested by phone and after three further mediations an outright non-performance. After opening a case with PayPal, no money back to date.
